In this category, we have regrouped all materials from our suppliers that do something more for the environment. We carefully select our suppliers not only by their product range, but we also seek to include in our portfolio materials that are respectful to the environment. We strongly support and participate in all meaningful ecological initiatives from our suppliers. We provide more information about our supplier's initiatives on our supplier pages which can be accessible by clicking on a brand name in the filters. 

We consider an eco-friendly filament a filament that fulfills one of the following criteria:

• Carbon foot-print compensation (for example, each sold spool of PolyTerra™ filament plants one tree)
• Truly biodegradable material or material created from organic resources (not like PLA.. which is biodegradable mostly on paper)
• Filaments manufactured from recycled materials like rPLA, rPETG, rPET, etc...
